Matteo was very helpful with us. The apartment is practically on the sea, very close to many areas that we had to visit. We had a great time!

We stayed at Renata’s place for 4 nights while my wife was attending a conference in Rimini. Renata’s place is in a perfect location. Close to the main downtown area and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. It is a cozy comfortable space that we felt really comfortable in. Parking was super easy as well. We would highly recommend staying at Renata’s place.

The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and, thanks to the two balconies, always has a shady balcony space to offer, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will not be disappointed on the balconies either. The view is wonderful due to the location on the 4th floor. It is conveniently accessible by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is ready. You can park the car in a private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

I stayed 4 nights for a weekend of courses. I found the apartment well maintained, perfect for a person who leaves in the morning and returns in the evening, in a quiet location and in the center. Paola was kind and helped me quickly solve a problem I had with the hot water. If you prefer to sleep in total darkness, like I do, I recommend an eye mask.

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

Maria is a wonderful host. We had all we need in order to have a great holiday. The neighborhood was quiet, with free parking places available all the time. At check-in we find a bottle of frizzante and water. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely recommend this location. Grazie mille 🤗❤️

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

I can only write good things about this apartment. We found everything we needed and Luca also provided us with what we requested for my daughter. Close to the center of the sea. Apartment on the top floor, very airy, especially in the afternoon. Spacious. Large rooms. Equipped with all the necessities. Luca is very kind and helpful for any request. They offered us fresh fruit. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

it was great staying at Paola's house, the photos don't do it justice! Spacious and extremely clean, it was ideal for my family. Paola is an excellent host, caring but never intrusive. She made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommended!!

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with a breathtaking view. We had a great time, a delightful, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic center. A place of peace and nature all around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Mira is a great host, super kind and friendly, who was very concerned about me and my friends. We had a really good time in her house as it is very well equipped and with practically all the comforts you could ask for. The house, although not huge, was very welcoming with its very nice bedrooms and its modern bathroom, not to mention the balcony that, although not very large, allowed us to spoil a few meals sitting with a sea view. In conclusion, Mira's house was really a great choice and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
