This is a beautiful studio apartment with plenty of charm and character, in the heart of historic Carbognano. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The small outdoor space was ideal for a morning coffee / breakfast. The room itself (walls and floors) are full of historic charm, including mosaics and some tablets, in Latin, let into the floor. The kitchen and utensils are suitable for modest levels of cooking, we found it perfectly acceptable for a cooked breakfast for example. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and responsive. All in all an excellent stay.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Lucianas Wohnung mit einem absolut grandiosen Ausblick auf den Bolsenasee. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Bei offenem Fenster/Balkontür war die Straße etwas lauter zu hören, aber abgesehen davon war alles top!

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Übernachtung nach der Fähre genutzt und waren super zufrieden. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber, weit über dem normalen italienischen Durchschnitt. Durch den privaten Parkplatz mussten wir uns auch keine Sorgen um das Auto machen. Jedes Mal gerne wieder.

Ariane’s place was lovely, clean, and a quick walk from the train station. Ariane was a great and responsive host and provided us with some local recommendations!

Qualità prezzo super consigliato. I due proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, la casa praticamente in centro e con parcheggi vicini sotto casa. Tutto era pulito e ordinato c’era tutto quello che poteva servire. Top

Stavamo percorrendo la via francigena con i computer portatili nello zaino (pellegrini atipici, sì), e al punto tappa avremmo dovuto lavorare. Arrivare in una giornata di caldo efferato qui, trovare una bottiglia di acqua fredda, una casa fresca, begli spazi, internet che va a meraviglia, un paesello vivace giusto fuori dalla porta, e una ottima pizzeria di fronte. Non lo so, ma se non è "stare bene" questo! Consigliatissimo, davvero.

Everything was great. The pictures looked just like the place. Local restaurants are walking distance. Great view of the lake.

Insieme alla mia famiglia ho appena trascorso un fantastico soggiorno nell'appartamento di Marco e Barbara. Sono stati degli Host eccezionali, molto accoglienti e sempre disponibili a darci consigli sui posti da visitare. L'appartamento ha una vista sul lago che lascia senza fiato, davvero un angolo di paradiso. L Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare la Cascata delle Marmore, che si trova a pochi minuti di distanza. La casa è impeccabile: pulitissima, ben curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Lo spazio è perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità, ma anche per chi vuole esplorare i dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Terni! L’appartamento è completo di tutto il necessario, con una cucina ben attrezzata, ambienti puliti e confortevoli, e l’aria condizionata che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è davvero ideale: in pieno centro, perfetta per muoversi comodamente anche a piedi e scoprire la città. Un ringraziamento all’host, sempre disponibile e super gentile! Ci ha accolti con grande attenzione e ci ha fornito tantissimi suggerimenti utili su ristoranti, bar e posti da non perdere. Esperienza ottima, assolutamente soddisfatta!

Alessio è stato super gentile ed accogliente. La casa è molto grande, comoda e si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e dalla piazza da cui partono tutti i bus per il centro.

Das Vermieter Ehepaar hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir durften die Waschmaschine nutzen und selbst gemachtes Olivenöl testen. Wir konnten auch eine Flasche des eigenen Weißweins erwerben und zum Abendessen genießen. Vor Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und auch kein Restaurant. Die Wohnung einschließlich Küche ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Auch der Aussenbereich darf genutzt werden und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über die Weinberge und das Tal.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Luogo bellissimo! Appartamento super accogliente e pulito! Anna ci ha accolto con un cestino di benvenuto con alcuni prodotti dell'agriturismo. Piscina sempre pulita, prato ben curato. Abbiamo mangiato uova delle sue galline e zucchine del suo orto. A 5 minuti coop molto fornita per qualsiasi necessità. Ci svegliavamo con il suono degli uccellini... weekend davvero rilassante e rigenerante. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

La villa è meravigliosa e silenziosa gli alloggi sono freschi e puliti. E i proprietari sono dei padroni di casa fantastici cordiali e davvero dolci! Sembra di essere stati in compagnia di familiari... Ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille! 🤩😍
