If you are looking to spend a few days exploring Orvieto, this is the perfect location! It is within easy walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops & the attractions. Highly recommend parking down below at the train station & taking the funicular up. You can take a shuttle from the funicular to the duomo for a small fee & walk from there. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit & location.

Elisabetta’s Loggia was wonderful! Full of light, lots of space to spread out, clean and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed over a week and our host was one of our best and this Airbnb ranks as one of our best also! We felt at home there and will not think twice about returning! Orvieto is a wonderful place of beauty and discoveries. We will never forget Elisabetta, her home, or this amazing city!!!

We loved Orvieto and Gianfranco's place! It was equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean and quaint! The location was amazing and the little balcony was perfect for sitting on in the evening with a glass of wine!

The area around the house is so beautiful.. It felt really good to stay in a medieval city. The interior of the accommodation is also very tidy and tidy. Also Giulia and her husband were very kind to guide us and made us feel comfortable. Next time I come to Italy, I want to stay there again!!

The apartment has everything you needed, both physically and mentally. It was a total pleasure and relief staying in Casa Teatro, especially in the middle of the travel in Italy. The apartment itself is a spotlight of Orvieto plus the location is within the walking distance to all the major sightseeing places and restaurants. Achim is a 5 star host that always there to help addressing your needs. Highly recommended! And I hope we will have chance to come back.

Matteo was a perfect host, who greeted us and walked us through how to use everything. He gave us advice on attractions to visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The dishwasher, wifi and washing machine all worked well. Parking was secure, just under the apartment. The location was near a lovely park, and about a 10-minute walk to the old town, which was beautiful. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the historic area, but also a very good kabob shop a short distance from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this unit, and our time in Viterbo. This was one of the coolest locations we’ve ever stayed at! We absolutely loved it and wish we could have spent more time here. Beautiful, peaceful, quiet. Make sure you follow the hosts instructions for parking and walking up to the city, it is a bit of a hike but well worth it.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Salverio’s apartment deep within the old town of Viterbo. The apartment was located in a beautiful tiny piazza and was perfect for our stay with a terrace that afforded a wonderful view of Viterbo and the surrounding countryside. Saverio was the most responsive helpful host that I have met during many years as an Airbnb guest. He allowed us an early check in. Gave very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. When we met he very kindly drove us to a shop out of the walls to help me out with an issue with my walking poles. He even organised our bus and train connections to Assisi and drove us to the bus station. Above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Saverio’s apartment in beautiful Viterbo as a base. We wish we had been able to stay longer

I love Elena! From being flexible with check/in to local recommendations and very helpful in anyway possible, it’s a gift to be a guest at Elena’s place. I’ve never seen such a big 1 bdrm, beautiful, clutter free, graceful apartment like this! Picture don’t do justice to the amazing place. And With Beautiful surroundings, good people and food around, I couldn’t have asked anything more. Thank you so much, Elena. Very nice apartment. On the one hand, in the historical center of Orvieto, on the other hand in a fairly quiet place. Perfectly located for walking in this beautiful town. Incredibly friendly owner, always in touch and very welcoming. I recommend this option for accommodation in Orvieto to everyone!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

This is a beautiful apartment. It is in pristine condition. It is spotless and smells beautiful. Everything is new. All the windows are double glazed with mosquito netting. Air conditioning is very good. There is an air con unit in the bedroom and kitchen. All the appliances worked. It is set on a steep hill so if you are a little unsteady on your feet care is needed but once you are up or down the incline the rest of Orvieto is flat and walkable. The reserved parking place in the car park is not in numerical order so it took a while to locate it. Also do stick to the right hand lane when entering the car park as instructed. It really is such a beautiful town, particularly at night when it is very atmospheric. The Duomo is stunning. Ate at Le Cocco and Osteria Mama Angela. Both good meals. Simona has thought really hard about kitting the apartment out. There is everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Narni! Highly recommend

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and the description. We arrived a little later than expected and Flavio was very flexible and then came to the agreed time with the keys and explained everything to us. The accommodation has everything you need for cooking, sleeping, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the old town as well as the Bahbhof Bracciano is very easily accessible on foot and within an hour you can get to Rome by train. When the city called for a water interruption at short notice, Flavio informed us and even brought us a canister in the evening, which was very sweet. We were completely satisfied, thank you very much and would like another time again :).
