Lovely hosts, accommodating and helpful. Responsive and kind, took good care of me and my family. The flat is in a great location, you can’t beat it. The flat is small but has everything you need, and it’s been recently renovated, charming. Would go back to spend more days in this fantastic area.

Communication with our host was excellent! Directions for check in were very clear. She left a big bottle of water, chips and wine for our arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very stylish and had everything we needed. Great location! Easy walk to all local shops and restaurants and the castle and short drive to the lake.

We were very nicely received by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quick to reach and able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping center directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next door QB Bracceria we can recommend. The hosts are very welcoming, and gave good tips on local restaurants. The apartment is on a quiet street, beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there!

Biba and Danilo were fantastic when we checked in. AC was already cooling the place down which was perfect on such a hot day. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Marta’s stunning historic apartment is right in the heart of Spoletto. Its high ceilings, original stone paved floors, and lavish sofas made for the perfect retreat and also ensured a very cool and shaded getaway, even when the temperature outside was very hot for the duration of my stay. It is one of the nicest historic apartments that I have stayed in and the price is a bargain for the old-world-dolce-vita experience, piazza and all. I was staying there by myself so it felt positively palatial, but I think the experience and feeling would be the same for a couple. Marta is also an excellent and friendly host. [I highly recommend the delicatessen on the corner nearby as well as the pizzerias, gelaterias, and cafés in the piazza].

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

I was in Antonio and Carla's apartment for a concert at the Olympic Stadium. In fact, the apartment is connected by two lines (one of which is a night line, useful for the return) directly to the stadium, in 15 minutes, very convenient! The stop is 200 meters from the apartment. The area is residential, very quiet. The apartment is small but really clean and very well organized, all the spaces have been made efficient and nothing is really missing! Self check-in with super precise instructions, it was very easy! Antonio and Carla were very kind, I will definitely return for other concerts at the Olimpico!

I would recommend this place because it's spacious . The outdoor courtyards are relaxing, the indoor spaces are large and comfortable, there are two full bathrooms, everything you need to prepare meals, in short, everything is perfect!

As in the photos and very close to the train to get to Rome. Piera responds quickly to the message. We recommend :)

A coffee machine with pods. Upon arrival there was a bottle of natural water and a carbonated water in the refrigerator and several snacks on the table in the living room. BBQ area with a fully stocked kitchen

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.
