The property is a few hundred meters from the Tuscia Terme thermal park, 5 minutes from the medieval district of Viterbo and the Terme dei Papi. All services and rooms are for the exclusive use of guests.

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.
