Skånes Djurpark is reached by 45 minutes drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bear, lynx and other Nordic animal species live in their natural environment. Welcome to Strandängens Lya on the outskirts of Osby! (Read the entire listing!) Here you have views over Osbysjön from the living room, bedroom & sauna! The home is located in our garage (model larger). The stair to the sleeping loft is via the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is bike path almost all the way. Read the “listing” tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

The location of the cottage is a haven for the fishing enthusiast as there is opportunity for fishing. The house itself has a lot of charm with open nice living areas and fireplaces. Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we provide breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Feel free to notify requests early.

(From November 1, 2025, we change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Great fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening.

Beautiful wooden house

This Swedish country side house is a retreat to be in. It is very well suited for a couple. It has a beautiful wooden stove, nice open kitchen, living room and bedroom with glas doors that open to a big terras with private garden. The bedroom has a big double bed and a possibility for a child bed. There is a very comfortable bathroom with bath. Beautiful forests, lakes, playground, bakery (open on fridays), and regenerative veggie farm are just around the corner. PN: Limited public transport

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Härlig tomt i lugn omgivning. Nära till sjön för fiske och bad. Kajak ingår i hyran. Nära till att matbutik, Sjöstugans cafe och tågstationen. Det tar ca 20 minuter att gå från tågstationen i Vittsjö till stugan. Med tåg tar det endast 2 timmar från Köpenhamn. Om du hyr stugan i weekend en(fredag till söndag) under november till april så är det incheckning efter kl 12 på fredagen och utcheckning fram till kl 17 på söndagen.
