Our cozy, modernly furnished, quiet vacation rental on the edge of the historic town center of Romrod offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities. Because of our proximity to Hotel Schloss Romrod, we are often booked by wedding guests. Business travelers and guests looking for relaxation appreciate the convenient central location between Gießen, Marburg, and Fulda, and the proximity to the Vulkanregion Vogelsberg Nature Park as a starting point for tourist explorations.

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

You can make full use of all rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Nearby you will find great hiking routes, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinct volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt grotto is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly at the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the castle park Rauischholzhausen and the historic university city of Marburg (12 km) with sights around St. Elisabeth. Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee).

The apartment with 25m² is located in the basement of an apartment house with separate entrance and is about 5 km from Lauterbach. The living room/bedroom is friendly and lovingly furnished. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Street parking is free. When the weather is nice, the garden can also be used to relax. We are open, helpful and warm hosts and look forward to our visitors.
