In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and watch deer, foxes and rabbits right in front of your front door. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

The detached cottage can be reached by a small enchanted path - or you can drive comfortably up the mountain behind the house, park directly on the associated parking space and go down a wide staircase to the house. The cottage has a living-dining room, a bedroom and a bright bathroom as well as a large protected terrace.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The studio apartment "Belroki Ranch" is located in Alraft and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 25 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee).
