Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Sie besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett (1,80x2,00m) und 1 Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und ausziehbarer Schlafcouch (1,40x2,00m). Das Bad befindet sich in der Mitte der Wohnung. Das Zentrum Kassels ist 5km entfernt. Die Regiotram-und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind fussläufig zu erreichen und man ist in 8 Min am Kasseler Hauptbahnhof (RT).

In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and watch deer, foxes and rabbits right in front of your front door. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. In nearby towns of Borken and Frielendorf (approx. 6 km), you will find all the major supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful hiking trails invite you to slow down. We look forward to welcoming you!

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly at the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price includes final cleaning.
