Sunny Apartment in the Olympic Harbour of Kiel

Light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the "Flying Dutchman" building in the famous Olympic Port in Kiel, just a few meters to the beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window front in south-west direction, the apartment is flooded with light. The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

This cozy, newly (2021) renovated apartment with oak parquet for up to 2 people is located on the second floor of the mansion. There is a fitted kitchen with two induction plates, a microwave with oven function and a dishwasher. The apartment is equipped with two armchairs and has a flat screen. Bathroom with shower. The living / sleeping room is equipped with a double bed. In our kitchen you start your day with a breakfast buffet.

Also ideal for spending your holidays with several friends/families.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
