Holiday rentals with a patio in Waldviertel

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

Wonderful stay! 3 minutes to U-bahn yet easy and beautiful walk to city center. Apartment had everything we needed. And that rooftop terrace! What a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a moment looking over Vienna

The apartment is a dream in every way. Functional and at the same time particularly tastefully furnished (including a remarkable library that actually makes taking books with you superfluous), bright and spacious. The whole vacation could be spent on the room-sized terrace with fantastic views. In addition, Krems and the surrounding area naturally have a lot to offer. We got valuable tips from Siglinde. She was accessible throughout and extremely friendly. Absolutely recommended!

Great location, great view, super stylish, everything you need for a short stay as a couple or small family. Everything is fine! Everything is wonderful!

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. For questions from our side, Georg always tried to think along. If we also cooked there, we were allowed to use his extensive herb garden. On warm days of rest, we sat under the umbrella by the swimming pool.

Super nicely located house. Surrounded by greenery, in the midst of a rural idyll. Daily morning bird chirping, incredible view of Stift Göttweig. The house is beautifully spacious everywhere with 2 bathrooms.

I loved my stay at Hana's place. She was extremely welcoming and warm. Her place felt like home. It was very convenient for the bus station, about an 8 min walk. Not much further into the town centre. It was nice being out of the hustle and bustle. Her place was tidy, light and airy and comfy. For a two night stay this was just right - at a great price. Hana was helpful with personal recommendations for restaurants and cafes. I would love to stay here again.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes on foot and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
