Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

There is a living room and bedroom with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The house is older and the ceilings of the apartment are partly low or there are wooden beams. Especially in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very tall people have to be a little careful. This includes a large fenced garden with terrace. Internet is at your disposal!

With a south-facing terrace, a shed and a parking lot directly in front of the house, it is ideal for 2 to 5 people. The house is located in a natural garden, surrounded by trees and a wide view over the fields. The beaches and excursion destinations in the region are easy to reach by bike and car.

The modern kitchen invites you to cook, the living room with cozy, light-filled sitting area and fireplace are the center of the house. Our south-facing terrace guarantees good relaxation in beautiful nature. The crow wood and the Eidertal are only a few minutes away, Kiel (12 km) can be easily reached by bus, train or car. The Baltic Sea is a 30-minute drive.

The kitchen is fully equipped and of course "basic food" is available.
