The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Cottage liegt rund 1 Stunde nördlich von Berlin in einen wunderschönen Seengebiet mitten im Wald zwischen Stechlin -, und Roofensee. Beide Seen sind rund 3 km entfernt und leicht mit Auto oder Fahrrad zu errreichen. Das Cottage gehört zu einer idyllischen Hofanlage - einem ehem. Landgut mit viel altem Baumbestand und 5 weiteren Cottages und viel Platz. Insgesamt können ca 30 Personen bei uns wohnen .

The forests & meadows invite you to walk or cycle & the lakes for paddling, boating & swimming (the beach is only a 7-minute walk away).

The attic apartment is located with 2 further apartments in a house on a lake plot of about 6,100m ² with its own tennis court and private jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer enough space for diverse relaxation; ideal also for families with children. Pets/ dogs are also allowed.
