The 200 years old house was originally inhabited by the heartable kitchen master. It is within walking distance of all attractions and the main shopping street. Plenty of space for bicycles and strollers in the lockable hallway with charging facilities for electric bicycles. You need more workspace? Nearby "DeveLUP" offers coworking, seminar rooms, etc., on a daily basis.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

From Hamburg by train to Dannenberg (from both destinations I offer a shuttle service to Dömitz.)

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a lake. The apartments are located in a listed timber-framed house with old trees and a 15,000m ² garden and courtyard. Both flats have separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but not reachable by public transport. There is no Wi-Fi! But for that, a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum for 2 persons!Do not bring animals
