Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

The living room is divided into a living, dining, and kitchen area and is equipped with a sofa bed. A small balcony connects to the living room. In the bedroom, there is a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower cabin.

The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.
