Had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Location was convenient but a bit noisy with the road behind the house. Pool was a great addition and home had lots of extra and anything we needed. Would return when back to visit family.

It was actually more than we expected booked for 2 nights let the kids it for the first day Swimming,basketball outside and in the basement Shot pool play ping pong and watched a movie in the theater room they had an amazing time second night we for the adults music bbq pool side and the deck we enjoyed the whole entire house as a person that owns and rehab homes this property definitely gave me my experience that we’ll never forget ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🤩

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

Loved our stay here for a girls trip! Lots of room and very clean. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive host. Great safe neighbourhood as well!! Would definitely recommend :)

Alvin was really nice and responded quickly. I really enjoyed my time and it was well spent . If you’re looking for a great time and lots to do without leaving the house well Alvin’s place is the place to be . The pool was nice and cool and what a way to relax in the hot tub afterwards. Game night was fun as we enjoyed the indoor arcade. I look forward to booking again.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. The host was very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. The area was really nice, very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely be booking again. Brandon’s place was just what we needed for a short vacation to Detroit. Check-in was easy and flexible. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend and would stay again the next time I’m in Detroit.

We loved our stay! We came into town for a Tigers game and it was easy to get downtown. Royal Oak is a very nice community with a cute downtown and wonderful churches for Sunday Mass. we will definitely visit in the future!!!

The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The decor is lovely and felt like a home away from home. It provided a great retreat after a long day and is close to many great restaurants/places to go. Highly recommend to stay here!

Staying at Melissa's beautiful home was a true delight! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its pristine cleanliness and elegant amenities. The spacious layout, complemented by a charming kitchen, made it a joy to cook and relax. The location is perfect for easy access and leisurely strolls, with a lovely backyard for our dog and a picturesque park just down the street. The master bathroom was a luxurious retreat, complete with a stunning shower and a relaxing tub. Melissa’s attention to detail was remarkable; she thoughtfully provided food and water bowls for our service animal, along with an extra bag of dog food in the pantry. Her flexibility in extending our stay from a couple of days to an entire week was greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this upscale rental to anyone seeking a memorable stay in a central location. We would be thrilled to return in the future—thank you, Melissa!

This home was extremely clean and very well kept inside. Outdoors could use a little TLC, but I think it's a new listing so I'm sure they're working on it. It was extremely hot so we were mostly indoors when we were there anyway. There was some confusion (on my part) about the wording in the listing (we thought the "pool" referred to was an actual pool, not a pool table :) but it was fine. There was construction on the street in front of the house, but we were there on a week-end, so they weren't working. It was a good location for everything we had planned (all events within 30-40 mins.) so for our family of nine, it worked out great! We appreciated the host's help in resolving an early check-in issue as well. Definitely a safe area and Hippies Pizza just down the block was amazing!

Diana's place was perfect for our short stay in the area. My family loved the kids activities, and amenities. Everything looked like the photos, everything was spotless and it smelled amazing. There was everything you need and more.

Thank you for making us feel welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautifully decorated space. The flowers, snacks, water and slippers were a personal touch. Lots of room to spread out and celebrate with family. The location was perfect for getting around Windsor easily. A peaceful oasis close by everywhere you wanted to go.

Cameron and Audrey were wonderful hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had. They have a very nice house that is well maintained. The neighborhood is very family friendly with lots of young families seen walking the neighborhood. Will definitely look to book with them again for future visits to the area.
