We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

It's in the absolute center of downtown, only 5 blocks away from everything in all directions. It is modern, colorful, clean, bright, full of original art and convenient to EVERYTHING. It has a front porch and shared backyard as well as a garaged parking space. The Artist Loft is on the second floor so be aware that there are steep carpeted stairs to climb.

Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town.
