Very good accommodation that offers the necessary for a stay. Friendly hosts who are happy to help with questions and recommendations. Centrally located with free parking. Appenzell "center" and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Staying at this farm was amazing. Hosts were delightful, informative and helpful. Joseph and his wife showed us their farm operations for growing milk cows and calves to growing 40 pigs for pork production. We loved vacationing at their beautiful farm and will certainly plan on visiting there again in the future. We only regret not purchasing their cheese to take back home to Texas with us due to time restraints.

Frieda was so nice, and the place was absolutely spotless. I don't think I could have found a spec of dirt if I tried! Frieda was super nice and friendly and was a spectacular host. Highly recommend! It was a bit of a walk from the station if you plan to travel by train in Switzerland.
