Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Waterville Valley

We had a lovely stay and there was more than enough space for our family. Well-situated, just a few minutes to Waterville Valley Ski Resort as well as the town square. We were out skiing for most of our stay and appreciated coming back to a very relaxing and cozy space. Really nice waking up to a great view of the trees and surrounded by nature, with all the windows and skylight.

This was the perfect place for us. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

We had a nice stay. The house was clean, updated and free of clutter. Everything was as advertised. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood which was close to our venue so getting back and forth was easy. Thanks for making this an easy mini vacation for us.

Great little place! Was perfect for my wife and I and our dog. Walking distance to the Tin Mountain Conservation Center trails which were great for walking our dog. Bed was so comfortable, and we slept so well.

Charlie was great. The piece of land here is beautiful and we enjoyed the scenery greatly. Stargazing from the hot tub was a highlight. Also, the couch in the living room is big and comfy.

This place is great for families and groups that want to get away from the towns and cities of NH. Waterville Valley Resort is only 15 minutes away, where the closest restaurants and a small store for provisions are located. Our family of four (two elementary school children) had an enjoyable stay for a skiing long weekend at Waterville Valley. The home matched the photographs in the listing perfectly. The furnishings were simple, clean, and comfortable. There were not many places to lounge - primarily a three-seat sofa with built in recliners. So we cozied up. But there were many counter-height stools. We cooked dinner a few times (pasta, steak) and there are basic utensils for this. There were also some basic condiments to use, however, it would be best to bring anything you might use. We ate comfortably on the counter peninsula. It snowed several times during our stay, and the driveway was plowed cleanly overnight. The road from the highway was also plowed well. Recommend!

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

Laurie is a wonderful host. Her home was a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time here! Super clean and tons of stuff to do. Dave & Donna were extremely friendly and welcoming. Gave us amazing recommendations of stuff nearby. The place exceeded all of our expectations and looks even better than the photos. We will definitely be back!

I've stayed here several times; it is well equipped and supplied. The place has always been clean upon arrival and Nicole is helpful if any information or assistance is needed.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

We returned for a second visit, which really says it all! We love this place. The condo has everything we need and is very comfortable. Our kids love the bunk beds and we love sitting on the balcony and listening to the river bubble by. It's close to so many things in the White Mountains. Lincoln and North Woodstock are our hub for restaurants, and the wider area offers lots to do. We look forward to our next visit!

This is my 2nd time staying at Ricks Condo. It was just as fabulous as the last stay. Parking is plentiful. The lodge itself has extra amenities if you just wanted to hang around the lodge, it does not disappoint. Really enjoy the sound of the stream down by the trees. Quiet, clean and very close to anything you would need on vacation. See you next year Rick.

We loved our stay at Celeste’s place! She was extremely responsive and helpful with check in & check out which made it very easy. View was beautiful and the place matched the photos and descriptions! 10/10 would stay again :)

Great condo, great resort, great area. no issues. What's not to like?

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!

Rick checked in with us and made sure we were all set during our stay. The room matched our expectations based on the description and cost. Perfect location in Lincoln, NH and great for access to Franconia Notch and Kancamagus Highway.
