Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. By foot: 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to downtown The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Loipen und das Biathlon Stadion mit Skiroller Bahn und Skilift, Schlittenhang, MTB Trails und Wanderwege. Am Fichtelsee ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
