With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. Ideal for hiking, cycling. Erlangen, Nuremberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth are max. 45 minutes. The cuisine and beers of the region are legendary. Kirchehrenbach has an excellent infrastructure, train connection, grocery store, bakery, doctors, inn, everything there.

An electric gas station is about 200 m away. Shopping is nearby. Bakery, butcher about 500 m.

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
