You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Sie verfügt über eine Größe von 54 qm und eine angrenzende Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal geschnitten und eingerichtet. Im Kellerbereich steht ein kleines Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
