Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wellington City

I highly recommend this place! It is in close proximity to Island Bay's great bus service, cafes, restaurants, shops and fabulous coast. The place is spacious, comfortable and secure, and the hosts are friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. Lovely to get the morning sun and have access to a delightful courtyard.

Wonderful apartment. If you aren't from the area, the parking is really hard to navigate. Since it's street parking, there isn't always a spot nearby, so be prepared to walk uphill with your suitcase. We decided to taxi around most of the time so we could keep our spot. This was the only downside, everything else was great!

This unit was the perfect spot for our short stay in Wellington. It was a short walk to the inner city with lots of cafés and restaurants to be found. If we wanted to head further out a bus stop wasn't far away either. The unit itself was cozy with a super warm/comfy bed and the kitchen/laundry facilities and bathroom cabinet full of toiletries were appreciated. Mark was responsive when messaged and offered recs we hadn't considered. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great location and super handy to have a parking space. No frills place to stay but with all the essentials you need for a short break in Wellington. Very comfy bed indeed.

The Te Aro area has a lively, safe vibe, is minutes walk away but doesn’t impact the tranquility of the property. City is walkable for those reasonably mobile, alternative bus are 150m away, although the approach from the main road is up a steep hill. The place itself is comfortable, cosy, characterful and had great provisions (fresh bread, fruit, homemade jams). Fiona/Ross were helpful and responsive through the stay. Zealandia (highly recommended) is 45 min walk/10 minute bus ride away.

#1 host! Very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Place is in a great location. Easy walk to the waterfront. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. If you are a tourist, this would be a great spot for you.

We loved our stay in Wellington. Being there for 5 weeks we felt right at home in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the large fridge and freezer was perfect. We loved the location being near the water and down the road from the supermarket. Giles was always very helpful and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!

Really lucky we chose this house, quite nice and private. We spent whole day in the house as the rainy weather. Kids quite enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Honestly, no notes. House is gorgeous! A quintessential Thorndon Villa. The beds are comfy. Hot water plentiful, the kitchen a cook's dream and central heating no less! Favourite spot was the 2 person table in the bay window. Wonderful Welly views in either direction - Victorian Villas up on the hillside, misty Town Belt trees on the other. Sunny and airy when the sun shone, also cosy and dry when that southerly invariably descends. I'm already daydreaming about a girls trip this spring and trying to book Kristen's place again. 5/5 stars!

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

The view was truly amazing, my family and I could have stayed there all day looking out! The cable car was a fun addition. We also enjoyed the spa after a long day out. Check in and out was easy, and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

This gorgeous place is in the heart of Kilbirnie and in a perfect location being close to the airport. I immediately felt warm, comfortable and at home. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and inviting and Summer is great with communication. I would definitely stay here again and sad we only had one night here.

Mike & Ruth are lovely hosts, very helpful + kind in accommodating our schedule. Little Havana is a unique, funky apartment in one of Wellington's impressive historical buildings, right in the heart of Cuba Street. Our Uber driver dropped us on the Cnr of Dixon & Cuba and it's a short walk up the pedestrian mall. The instructions for access are detailed with pictures, which makes for a very secure complex. Big wooden doors open into entryway; choose the cute little lift or walk up the large, wide stairwell. The destination floor is a creatively designed indoor/outdoor space that makes you feel you're in a little street. Opening the pink door to the apartment the first thing we noticed was the light from the big windows and skylights. Beautifully styled with colour and crafted art. Very generously provisioned with pantry, fridge, bathroom supplies, quality eco products & thoughtful extras. We're looking forward to staying there again.

Maria’s place was beautiful, super clean and cosy. Had all you need. Exactly like the photos. Our stay was very last minute as well as our extension but Maria accommodated us so well and took some stress off our shoulders. Thank you Maria! Hopefully we’ll be able to stay again soon 🥰

Grace’s apartment is extremely well located for a short visit to Wellington, minutes to Lambton Quay and all the transport options and shopping available there. Considering it is located in the CBD the traffic and city noise is not intrusive , even with the bedroom window open. Lovely selection of tea and coffee available, good cooking facilities should you want to self cater.

Second time at Jen's This is definitely my go to when staying in Wellington. Love the location, the look of the place and all the fantastic amenities. You can tell Jen really cares about her guests and making them comfortable and making their trip as easy as possible. Cannot recommend this enough

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon
