Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, shower and towels. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

We offer a stylish old house in the country full of character. You will have a view over green hills in the middle of Bavaria. It is a free standing house with garden, 250 m removed from the little village. Our dream home is situated in Tauchersdorf, close to Nabburg.

In the middle of the Upper Palatinate cultural landscape, nestled in sunny hills, our art workshop is located on the outskirts of the village. The enchantingly restored house from 1922 forms a magnificent courtyard with the studio and the guest house.

The apartment is in the attic. In the bathroom there is a slope, which could be a bit of a hindrance for tall people. Showering is only comfortable when sitting in the bathtub, due to the sloping roof.
