The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

A 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks and a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in close proximity to Bremen. From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.
