The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows, you have a beautiful view of the countryside or the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m²). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being renovated by us carefully and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
