"We were pleasantly surprised by the space and comfort of this house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the garden has facilities for birds – fun to watch! The beds are comfortable. Everything you need is available, and the house is clean. there is a nice comfortable sitting area, and outside there is also a cozy spot to enjoy the peace and quiet."

House was fully stocked and just as advertised, highly recommend for anyone visiting West Lafayette, very close to Purdue. McGraw's steakhouse is just across the road and was delicious.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kevin & family’s ‘Kaufmann Baumhaus’ during our 6 day visit to W. Lafayette for our daughter’s graduation from Purdue Univ. The home’s interior was spotless, exceptionally designed, loaded with homespun charm & beautifully furnished. Everything we needed during our stay was on hand & easily accessible, & we appreciated the privacy & safety of the neighborhood, as well as its close proximity to campus & many restaurants and stores. The grounds of the property are exceptional - a natural, lush landscape set on a hill overlooking Sleepy Hollow nature preserve and park. There are several fire pits & seating areas with comfy furniture covered by sun umbrellas & string lights, creating a warm & relaxing, ambience. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious, helpful & accommodating, greeting us with fresh scones & honey, fresh flowers (even Purdue-themed grad decorations)! It’s very obvious that a great deal of time & TLC have gone into this exceptional property!

Andrew and Linda were responsive and great hosts, the location was as described, and the value is good. It abuts an active vehicle work zone, so there may be loud vehicular sounds during business hours, however, these were not disruptive for us. The place is very quiet indoors (which is great) but that means that if someone is conducting private/business conversations, it can be heard throughout the house.560.

Sara’s place was great! We needed a pet-friendly place on the Lafayette side and this was perfect. It was comfortable and we very much appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dogs that was very cute! Sara was super communicative and the place was sparkling clean. We would stay here again!

Cedric was a wonderful host. We greatly appreciated the surprise dessert upon arrival as a welcome gift. It was delicious. His house was clean, beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. Cedric responds quickly to any questions or communications I sent during our stay. We were so thankful our 4-legged child could also come. So nice to have a fenced yard for her. Purdue is right across the road - great walking distance. We look forward to staying again.

Place was gorgeous. One of the nicest places I've stayed. We were basically just using the place to crash. It was a nice enough place that we sort of felt bad we didn't stay there more. Will absolutely be staying here again

The place was great for our weekend stay. It was perfect, just how it’s shown in the pictures. We had everything we needed for our stay. Even our daughter found the toys herself and she enjoyed them!

Peaceful place in the country and a 10 min drive to Purdue. Lots of amenities and bathroom supplies. John went above and beyond with bathroom supplies. Plenty big for big families. It was fun to have activities to do in the evening without leaving the house.

Very well stocked! Everything from shampoo, soap, tissues, towels, snacks, drinks!! I have never stayed in a place so welcoming. Very clean, spacious!

Unique apartment. Extremely clean and spacious. Our only concern was the 2nd bedroom was smaller than we anticipated and not ideal for teens or adults. The wall between the bedrooms is part regular wall, part frosted glass wall and the top is entirely open so not private to lights or sound. You also have to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. Not ideal for us but we made it work. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Cute coffee shop around the corner with decent breakfast sandwiches. Easy drive to Purdue.

We stayed two nights at the apartment for our daughter's graduation from Purdue. It was perfect and very comfortable! Beautiful apartment and building, spotlessly clean and quiet. It is a brand new building with great security and features (such as a nice workout room, which we didn't use - LOL). We didn't have time to explore Delphi much, but it is a very cute town with walking trails near the apartment. We ended up walking to Main St. for breakfast both mornings. Would highly recommend the Buttermilk Biscuit Company & Coffee Shop, which is a 3 min walk from the apartment. Michael and co-hosts were great with communication and I would highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a great stay!

A beautiful modern new apartment with great amenities with good view in a small town. The building offered a workout gym and pet wash as well. Will 100% recommend.
