Absolutely lovely cottage in the most gorgeous and peaceful garden setting. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay has been thought about and provided. Hosts very helpful. Thoughly recommend

We booked this place at very short notice because a family member had been taken into hospital near by. It was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped which helped a lot in a stressful situation. The hosts live next door and were friendly and responsive without being intrusive.

The accommodation was very comfortable. Lots of cushions on the sofas and lots of equipment in the kitchen , good working space in kitchen and very nice dining table and chairs. Jo had left us so many extras - she really had thought of everything There were beautiful gardens to sit in with summer house and pond so peaceful and relaxing. Jo was very friendly and helpful Country side around was beautiful We were rather sad to leave

All three of us felt very comfortable. We liked being able to visit in the common area and it was great having two bathrooms. We each found the kitchen easy to use and appreciated having a laundry machine on the premises. In addition, we love the location. We frequented neighborhood pubs and restaurants, and visited the Abbey Gardens daily.

It was a fantastic place. Clean, updated, modern conveniences, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Really great stay here. Couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. They have thought of everything. Particularly for my son: knives etc. put out of reach, toiletries provided including baby safe products, booster chair provided as well as toys, books and access to the garden to play in. Really personable and made sure we had everything we needed but also flexible and left us to it for the rest of the weekend. Exactly what we needed.

Had a great stay. Loved the location and ticks all the boxes. Intend returning to explore the area more.

We enjoyed our stay in Sian's house. The property was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. We walked into the city centre in under 30 minutes though it was easy enough to order an Uber if needed. Appreciated having somewhere to park off road. The house is good value for money - I'd recommend it and would be happy to return.

Good stay for attending a wedding at Swynford Manor due to only being 10 min drive away.

For someone who had to go to university daily and also wanted a beer by the river with colleagues in the evening and go to London on weekend this place is perfect as it’s 20 mins to uni and 20mins to train station. The place has very rational space, good kitchen and spacious living room and bedroom, ready to be lived in for the two weeks I stayed! Definitely would stay again!

A Great Stay in Newmarket We recently spent two weeks at Carmen's place in Newmarket, from late May to early June, and it was a really enjoyable stay. When we got there, Carmen's friend Louise met us and showed us around the apartment. It's a super homely spot, which was really nice. Location-wise, it's perfect – you can easily walk to Newmarket’s town centre, and being in a gated community definitely made us feel more secure. The apartment itself had everything we needed to be self-sufficient. The WiFi was good, the bed was comfy, and they even replaced the fresh linen and towels during our stay. Plus, it was a huge help to have milk, eggs, bread, butter, tea, and coffee already there when we arrived. Carmen was also fantastic with her communication, which made everything go smoothly. We'd absolutely recommend Carmen's place for anyone visiting Newmarket!

Great stay in The Pod at St Ives. Apartment was perfect and very well located. Plenty to do in and around St Ives and a fast bus in to Cambridge making it a great location for visiting.

We absolutely loved our stay in Woodditton. The house was beautiful spacious, quiet, and equipped with modern amenities, all set within lovely private grounds. We enjoyed walks along the nearby bridle path and ended each day with a delicious dinner at the local pub. It was a fantastic stay!

Very friendly, greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Lovely pub just a few yards away too. Would definitely go back. The sun was shinning and we sat outside in the beautiful garden.

This is our maybe 5th or 6th stay at Ivor and Karen’s place, this is always our first choice when we come to Norwich. Their place never disappoints. Everything is as noted in the description, but always better. They think of every eventuality. Given the hot weather recently they even provided a fan. We will definitely be back. Better than any hotel!

Our first Airbnb experience, and we were very impressed. We had a gig nearby, and our usual hotel choice was full. Rather than opt for a room in a pub, we decide to give Airbnb a go. The booking experience was excellent and very easy; communication was timely and gave clear guidance; check in was super easy, with parking extremely close. Once inside, the flat was spacious, spotless and perfectly equipped. We only stayed for one night, but you'd be happy here for weeks!

We had a lovely stay in this quiet little flat. It is in the heart of Cambridge easy walking distance to the shops and colleges but very peaceful at night.

This place is a gem. Everything was so wonderful, super clean, and the host was so responsive and helpful. As long as you have a car, this is a wonderful place. During the summer, the apartment can get very hot, so be mindful of the temperature during summer. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely accommodation, spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a quiet stay, but close to Cambridge, Ely. and Newmarket. Visited Denny Abbey (an English Heritage property). Welcome gift of crumpets, coffee and milk - thank you! Good communication with host. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place in prime location on the seafront . Place was bigger than expected and had everything you could need and more for a week’s stay . Really clean and tidy . Plenty of treats left for us and the dogs . Overall really happy with apartment and location . Will definitely stay again .

I had a very comfortable stay here, with everything I needed. Ann and John were very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at home. It is ideally placed for getting to both Cambridge and lovely countryside. I would definitely recommend staying here.
