Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

Want to explore Bremen or just stay the night? The highway is nearby, and public transport stop is a 7-minute walk away. In our Huchting district, there is Sodenmatt Lake, where you can swim, barbecue or walk wonderfully. Shopping facilities, such as Netto, Lidl and Rewe are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a gas station. Just around the corner there is a restaurant Feldschlösschen with German and Greek cuisine.

Our small, newly renovated accommodation is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a very good connection, for example, by car to Bremen or Brinkum-Nord (outlets), by bike on a beautiful route through the Marsch to Bremen or by train from Kirchweyhe Bahnhof-Ost to Bremen. The place is ideal for a short stay and offers all you need to stay comfortably and pleasantly.
