Moin und willkommen im Herzen von Ostfriesland! Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus ist optimal dafür, um diese herrliche Region zu erkunden. Gelegen im malerischen Großefehn, direkt am Kanal, erwartet dich ein authentisches Fehnhaus mit allem Komfort. Die Landschaft kann perfekt mit dem Rad erkundet werden, aber auch die Küste, ein Ausflug auf die ostfriesischen Inseln, verschiedene Städte und sogar ein Abstecher in die Niederlande sind von hier aus bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

'Old forge' in the green Läd invites you to linger :)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are plentiful. The house has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus winter garden) - now also with wifi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. In Bremerhaven city center or the dike you are within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Our light-filled house at the canal combines historic oak beams with an industrial style. The natural stone floor and calming colors create the perfect cozy atmosphere. The house has a long history - first serving as a moped workshop in the 40s, later as a stationery/school supply store, and finally as a branch of a bank. Now, we've brought it back to life and look forward to guests who want to enjoy a few relaxing days here.

Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

This spacious house has two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room and a large bathroom. The large living room with fireplace leads into the kitchen area. On the second floor with a gallery, next to one of the two bedrooms, there is another room with a sofa, as well as the large bathroom. From the kitchen you can reach a spacious terrace with a large garden. The house is great for 2 couples.

Ferienwohnung Hankhausen mit ökologischen Aspekten. Lehmstreichputz und Terracotta Fliesen bilden die Grundlage für eine gemütliche Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.
