Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Schöne, neu eingerichtete Unterkunft mit Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmern und großem Bad in ruhiger Sackgassenlage. Ein Sohn nutzt temporär ein Zimmer auf der Etage. Die Terrasse, der riesige Garten und das Gartenhaus (nach Absprache) können genutzt werden. Die vorhandenen Hühner und Wachteln liefern uns täglich frische Eier. Das Zentrum Wiesmoors und das Ottermeer mit Strandbad sind in der Nähe.
