Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

We felt very comfortable right away. The accommodation is so beautifully decorated and has charm. It was clean and quiet. You could reach everything very well by car. We would absolutely recommend this place. There you can relax well. Thank you for everything.

Marie-Louise is an incredibly friendly person with an idyllically located house (bison in front of the window included). The kitchen is well equipped, we have rarely experienced this. It is beautifully quiet and also our daughter loved the surroundings, which invites you to hike. Children's equipment such as high chair and bed are also available. The nearby playground should also be mentioned. Bad Münstereifel is about 10 minutes by car, where you can find shops for shopping or restaurant. There is also a small garden or courtyard. We will be happy to come back.

Kirsten's house was really very inviting. Perfect for our family weekend. Everything was taken care of. Parking spaces were right at the front door. The bedrooms were lovingly prepared and extremely cozy. We felt right at home. Even in the rain, you could sit on the terrace. It was really a super nice weekend and we would come again and again.

It was a great accommodation for our family of four. We were guests for a week and felt very comfortable in the very well-equipped apartment. The contact with the landlord was flawless. For our visit to Phantasialand and other activities in the area, the location was ideal: Super connection to the A3 and yet quiet. Recommended.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Everything you could possibly need is present and everything was very neat and clean. There is a lot of information for activities in the area and there are also games etc. to entertain you in the apartment. The balcony is tasteful and the view is really great. Village is within walking distance and we, 2 couples of 55+ found it easy to walk. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc. are within walking distance. The owner communicates well and is discreet. In short, we definitely recommend the apartment, and would love to come back again.

We felt very comfortable and welcome in Ulla's vacation home. The house was super clean and very well equipped. Communication with Ulla was very nice and straightforward. The landscape is beautiful for hiking and further exploration. We also liked the proximity to Cologne, but still in the countryside. All in all, a small paradise and ideal for our short break.

There were five of us in the mill and we really liked it! Nicole and Alfred are very warm and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - thanks for the wonderful time! :)

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair of the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a bathing pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the holiday also found the perfect location as a setting! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that Ursula baked and prepared for the handover of the AirBnB was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for something unusual and wants to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

This place is the perfect getaway for a peaceful time surrounded by nature. Situated by a forest and fields it is perfect for long walks and quiet days. The dogs and I loved it. Markus and Carina are great hosts, very responsive and easy to talk to. The place is simple, yet cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time. Thank you for hosting us!

For us, it was the perfect stop on the way north. Peter was very nice and we felt comfortable right away.

The apartment is really very high quality, the kitchen is super nice and modern. The building from the outside and the corridors to the room are less beautiful, but the accommodation can't help it. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a pity for us, as this was already a decisive aspect, which is why we were also willing to pay a little more. Overall, however, we had a great time and the apartment itself is, as I said, absolutely great and recommended.

The stay here was wonderful, it was so quiet and peaceful, sitting outside on the bench to eat breakfast was really great. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything needed. Carmen and Micha were a pleasure to talk to and incredibly friendly, and of course Mia was very sweet too! It was easy to walk around the area with a lot to see and look at and lots of other areas to visit nearby as well. The hosts both gave us some tips of things to do during our time here which was much appreciated. I really recommend staying here, the cosy and quiet apartment mixed with the friendly and warm hosts made the stay perfect!

We stayed at Birgitta's house for 2 nights with our toddler and baby. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen for meals in. Our daughter loved the play area. Beds and bedding very comfy. The only thing I'd note is the stairs are very steep so may not be ideal for people with mobility issues, and we had to carry our children up and down. Overall, very cosy and enjoyable stay and would recommend!

I spent a month here and felt extremely comfortable. The beautiful apartment with wooden floor and a 4-meter-high pointed roof is simple, but offers all the essentials. It is located in a small hamlet surrounded by meadows, forest and deep stream valleys - perfect for working and taking a break outside, especially if you have your dog with you like I do. Highly recommended. And Ulla is super nice, accommodating and relaxed, as well as the whole family.

I spent an extended weekend at the refuge and felt completely at ease. It was easy to find, Annette gave comprehensive information about the check in in advance, as well as recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails. The apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures, very cozy, to welcome us everything was very nicely arranged with flowers and chocolates. As a city child, I immediately came down to the garden, it is so wonderfully quiet, you can watch a lot of birds. The hiking trails can be reached on foot directly from the refuge, even if you have to walk along a paved road (but hardly any cars pass by). I traveled alone as a woman and felt completely safe, Annette and Frank live right next door. It is only 9 minutes by car to go shopping (several supermarkets), there are good restaurants and a beautiful owner-managed bookstore (highly recommended!). Thank you for this little oasis of relaxation.

We planned a short vacation together with two friendly couples and stayed at Sabine's place. We all liked it very much and it had everything we needed for our weekend! We especially liked the ice cube dispenser on the fridge ;) Communication was handled via both AirBNB and Messenger, so we were very well briefed and everything worked out great! We highly recommend it =)

I had a wonderful time. The birds chirp, it is very quiet and everything is well maintained and cute. I'll be back.

A beautiful place for people seeking peace and quiet, and those who love the forest and birds! You feel enveloped and embraced by trees and their inhabitants. The house is spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. From the house, you can hardly decide which of the many paths you want to walk almost alone.
