Church House is a self contained mini house attached to our family home. You are welcomed into a spacious lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, 50” Smart TV and lovely leather sofa. There is a stunning ensuite featuring walk in oversized shower tray with rain fall shower head, wall hung toilet and Vanity unit with storage. The bedroom features bespoke, locally made furniture including a super-king pencil post bed, Smart 50” tv, dressing table and large wardrobe. Off road parking.

It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Servants Wing at Claughton Hall, Sleeps 4

The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.

2 double bedrooms and a small single bedroom property with kitchen, large dining room, sitting room and wet room. No bath. There is on street parking, I will provide the parking permit. 100 meters from Windermere village where there are food shops and lots of places to eat and drink. The train station is a 2-3min walk. Iv also added a guide book for some nice walks and places to dine out.
