Das liebevoll eingerichtete "Greetsieler Inselhuus"der Familie Römer bietet eine ausgezeichnete Lage im romantischen Fischerdorf Greetsiel. Ruhig gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich kann man hier seinen Urlaub genießen und den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die Ferienwohnung "Westwind"liegt im Obergeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu3 Personen. Das besondere HIghlight der Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Deich, den man vom Bakon aus genießen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheim Landhausstil und bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit dem angrenzenden Balkon zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Einzelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

The apartment is on two levels. The bedrooms are located in the spacious attic with rustic wooden beams. Pure romance! A large garden of about 1300 m² invites you to romp and relax. This is accessible to all three apartments that are in our "Alte Schmiede".

The small, or "Lütje" apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on the south-east side of the house and was newly furnished in late 2020 in a modern, cozy East Frisian style. The apartment has a car parking space by the house. To get to the upper floor, you have to climb a steep staircase.
