In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. Das Appartment liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hier ist auch die Essecke, ein Sofa und Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Betten (je 2x1 m). Der Balkon ist von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das Großes Meer ist 4 km entfernt. Wiegboldsbur liegt zentral zwischen Norden, Aurich und Emden und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Küste ist in ca 25 km erreichbar.

The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

The apartment "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter harbor of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.
