BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Die gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand. Nur 3,5 km von der historischen Altstadt entfernt und doch im Grünen. Sie ist ebenerdig gelegen und bietet alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Geparkt werden kann direkt vor dem Haus, der Zugang erfolgt durch den gemeinsam genutzten Garten. Hier und in den Nachbarhäusern leben Familien mit Kindern, Katzen und Co in dörflicher Atmosphäre. Das Haus liegt direkt am Elbe-Ostsee-Radweg. Fahrräder können trocken untergestellt werden.

If you want to enjoy the Baltic Sea, you have come to the right place! We renovated and furnished this apartment in 2022! Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Modern apartment in Wismar's old town

The apartment was earlier a bakery and has now been comprehensively renovated and modern. The clay walls were reconstructed in some areas of the apartment (great indoor climate). It is now a great studio apartment for 2 persons. Extra sleeping facilities for one to two people are available on request. The location of the apartment is ideal: the entire old town and the Old Port can be explored on foot. By car, it's about a 15-minute drive to the beach.

Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
