Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Seegrehna is a district of Wittenberg and about 10 km from Wittenberg. The apartment (35 m²) offers you a living room/kitchen combination, bedroom, bathroom and an outdoor area. A separate entrance leads to the apartment on the ground floor (ground level).

Our apartment is located in the center of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, just a few meters from the city church (Luther's preaching church). It is located in an approx. 400-year-old house, which was completely renovated in 2007.
