Here you will find peace and quiet... paired with the luxury of a completely ecologically renovated, stylish apartment. You have 90 square meters of living space, a private entrance and a beautiful, large terrace for yourself. Clay walls and floor/or wall heating create a living environment to breathe. Renovation and furnishing was done with a lot of love for detail. Simply feel good!

The transport connection is excellent, the A38 and A7 highways are within easy reach. Friedland train station is only about 5 km away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Leine-Heide cycle path passes directly by our village. Secure bicycle parking is available.
