Monthly Rentals in Woodbury

We did not meet the owner but it did not matter as she responded immediately. Location was perfect as an older person, quiet and peaceful. Many walking trails. The village has no Laundramat and very limited restaurants. Train service nearby is very good with frequent service. Could not fault the apartment with the exception of a fold-up bed into a cupboard everyday to open the main big window with the view. Probably not suitable for guests with children. In all other respect it was very modern and perfect.

Thyme cottage was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The cottage is characterful and comfortable and well equipped. The fireplace was a wonderful, warm touch. The village of Woodbury Salterton is charming and friendly and close to Exeter. The Diggers Rest is a must! Stop in for a friendly pint or even better for a meal. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Thyme cottage will be among our top stays.

The hosts are super lovely people and Genevieve was amazing at providing local information. Really accommodating people. The location is fantastic, 10 mins walk to the beach and local shops. Easy to drive most places and city life is also close by. The accommodation is fantastic, it's really relaxing there and the hosts have done a fantastic job at making an amazing space. Perfect for a couple get away.
