Have fun with the whole family at this recently updated home! Minutes to downtown Asheville, UNCA campus, or the River Arts District. A short stroll across the street to the French Broad River and the newly opened Silver-Line Park. Location, location, location! Home is perfect for families or friends and is a great home base for exploring everything in Asheville and WNC. While it is near everything, it offers a good deal of privacy, due to the fire pit area and the screened in porch.

Welcome to Woodfin! Our home is conveniently located on the north side of Asheville-- just a hop and a skip to the River Arts district, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Beaver Lake, and downtown Asheville. Avery's park is a short walk, and the Craggy Mountain RR Line is just down the road. Our neighborhood is warm and welcoming, and so is our pet-friendly home, which was built as one of Woodfin's local mill houses in the 1920's. You'll find a clean, restful vibe with a lot of love in the walls.
