Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets

We invite well behaved dogs who have been treated for fleas and have a lovely space for being outside. The house is rather private. It also comes complete with full kitchen, whirlpool tub, and a super comfy queen sized latex mattress. Our guest house is perfect for an Asheville weekend getaway.
