This modern lakehouse is an 8 minute drive to the centre of kingsville where there is multiple breweries and restaurants, a public beach is a 1 minute drive down the road and is right in the centre of Southern Ontario's Wine Country. If you're coming down for a weekend to relax, taste wine or to enjoy the exceptional birding the area has to offer. At the end of your day relax to the sound of the waves brushing up against the shore.

A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. This cosy lakeside cabin is nestled in the heart of wine country, along the Shores of beautiful Lake Erie in a very friendly cottage community. The cottage is tastefully decorated with all the amenities of home, perfect for 1 or 2 people, and an amazing view of the lake no matter where you choose to sit. Just minutes away from local wineries. Walk, bike, explore all the region has to offer. Centrally located between Leamington home of Point Pelee national park and Historical Amherstburg.

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.
