Holiday rentals with beach access in Woolacombe

Lovely stay! Helen’s place was bigger than we expected from the photos! The location is fantastic - Helen sent a huge list of recommendations of places to go/where to eat etc which was so helpful. I read a couple of reviews about the noise on the street which is minimal (just murmurs of voices as they walk past). I would highly recommend!

Proximity to 3 world class beaches.amd seclusion. I only marked down value as I don't agree with the market rate. Its a fair price in an unfair market. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Thanks Jan

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Fantastic little spot, 5 mins walk to the harbour 10mins to the center of town. Views were stunning and the photo's and description didn't really do it justice, better than we expected. Perfect spot to explore the North Coast.

Lovely flat in the perfect location - so close to the centre of Ilfracombe but away from the crowds and so very peaceful. Stunning sea views, beautiful walks from the doorstep and everything you need in the accomodation. Dee was responsive and helpful.

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage. The first hours unfortunately were quite cold, because the house wasn’t heated when we arrived. But we escaped into the warm jacuzzi :) When the house was warmed up it was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, you can do great walks in and around Lee. We totally recommend it!

Thank you Samantha, we had a fantastic relaxing week. The house is immaculate and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous with ample space for the dogs to run and explore. The whole place is top notch and we hope to stay again!

This is a fantastic, secluded spot for a stay in North Devon. Though quiet itself, it's less than 10 minutes' walk to Braunton which has a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants which Ant helpfully guides with recommendations. The place itself is beautifully done, with a full kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and excellent outdoor area for barbecues in addition to a lovely firepit. The landscaping of the gardens is stunning, it's a brilliant place to relax, and Ant is very helpful and responsive if you have any issues or want tips on what to do.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Beautiful accommodation exactly as described. Everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plenty of clear instructions how to use kitchen appliances. Perfect spot to relax and look at the views and to access the beach. Would happily stay again

Eddie’s by the sea is the perfect get away! Lovely decor and very clean. What a great location by the sea. Shaun and Mel were great in terms of communication and they had thought of everything you need whilst away. Lovely high power shower and the fudge on arrival was a nice touch too. Echium Heights was a little oasis of calm and loveliness. The house is modern and fresh with a really generous feel to it. Fiona and Tim have thought of everything, with lots of lovely little touches to make a really comfortable stay with welcome bread, biscuits and more. Sadly the weather was against us slightly, but it was great to retreat into the house with a warm fire and friendly open layout - inspiring interior design. Bright and airy, and super private downstairs and on the outside terrace. Big meals around the kitchen table and comfy sofas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There’s not much of interest in the immediate area, with Ilfracombe looking rather run down and sad - especially in the rain - but the house more than makes up for it. A sigh of relief when you get through the gate. And beautiful beaches were just a short drive away. Thank you Fiona and Tim for looking after us and sharing a beautiful house.

The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

This was our third time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and in a great location. Paul and Wendy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We love coming here to relax and walk. We can safely park up the car on the drive and not have to use it again until we leave, as there are lots of nice places to visit on foot, good restaurants and cafes.

Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Well equipped and comfortable ground floor flat in the centre of Lynton with the bonus of a parking space for a smaller vehicle. Good communication from host. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We loved our month long stay at the Cwtch! Cozy and clean and easy walking to both the local bus routes and into town. We appreciated the weekly linen exchange. Was a fabulous month!
