Most of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom are original from the 60s/70s. In my apartment there are many black and white photos, Rosenthal wall plates and some Chinese prints. The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
