Great cabin! Very comfortable and serene. The waterfall was especially lovely to hear each day. Well stocked kitchen and overall home. Would definitely return!

Jeremy's place was a wonderful place to relax during a busy wedding weekend. It's 20 minutes from Sky Retreat, the wedding venue we used. I highly recommend Jeremy's place for a place to relax. The views were beautiful, we saw bunnies and deer, and the firepit was delightful!

This is my family’s second year staying at John’s place, and our 6th year staying at a house along Elk Creek. We love this location outside of Boone, swimming in the stream, fishing, catching fireflies, relaxing and reconnecting as a family. We appreciate the spaciousness of John’s property and the long stream frontage, and the bonus hike up to the waterfall that gives one extra thing to do and a way to stretch our legs. The house plenty comfortable for our family of five. We definitely plan to return in the future!

Jason and his team’s Airbnb was a wonderful place to retreat! This clean modern Scandinavian vibe sets a refreshing and restful ambience for unwinding. We enjoyed the quietness of the farm fields, watching cows graze, the fresh breezes blowing, the views of rolling hills and Blue Ridge mountains (clear day) and vineyards in a distance were all enjoyable to see right from the tranquil setting A-Frame. Jason provides you with all you need for quiet and/or entertaining experience: a fire pit and stocked wood pile for a good campfire, clean hot Hot tub for relaxing, assortment of fun board games and corn hole, great books to read, 2 hammocks to swing beside your friend umder the tall trees.. The bed and furniture throughout the Airbnb was comfortable and all looks and feels brand new! Jason and his team were excellent making sure we had everything to make our stay a success! We felt well cared for in this A-frame perched on a hill and we enthusiastically give Jason and his team 💯 %!

My family enjoyed the cabin very much! They said the view was beautiful, and they loved sitting on the porch. Heather was very responsive and kind.

This place is perfect! It's very clean, cozy, has beautiful views, easy drive, safe area, wonderful decor, linens and a comfortable bed. The host, Jessica responded immediately if we had any questions. Oh and the hot tub was fabulous! What more could you ask for? Thank you Jessica for the gift and sharing your beautiful place with us. Our stay at these beautiful cabins was nothing short of amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by absolutely pristine mountain views that are simply breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice; the views are truly irreplaceable. The cabins themselves were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. The host was incredibly nice and very responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. This is the kind of place you want to return to again and again. I would definitely come back with my family in the future—highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature with all the comforts of home!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Richard is an excellent host who obviously wants his guests to have the best stay possible. Our personal favorites were the outdoor areas. The surrounding are so beautiful and peacful, and Richard's home provides a gazebo, porch with sofa, fire pit, and deck dining which we loved. If you want a cozy cabin in the mountains, Richard's place is for you!

Pan's place is possibly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It is nestled in a beautiful private area right by a creek that is always adding beautiful water sounds to the experience. Everything in the cabin is thoughtfully set up and comfortable, I can't recommend it enough. Pan was extremely responsive and helpful when I needed to accommodate a trailer that I was towing. Everything felt smooth and easy and allowed us to relax and enjoy the few days there right away.

everything was as they described it. there were universal setbacks that were out of their control. however they responded immediately and professionally in resolving everything with us. highly recommended.

Walter gave us an amazing place to stay for our anniversary weekend. Very secluded and private, which is something we were looking for. We felt right at home when we walked in and wish we could take this cabin back home. Everything was very tidy, well organized and we didn’t have to go looking for anything. We didn’t get to use the fire pit because it rained a majority of the weekend, which we were bummed about, but that didn’t stop us from sitting outside and listening to the sound of the river, rain and frogs. Very peaceful! Being so close to the river it made it very easy and quick to run down and throw a few casts in the river. Thank you Walter for the very comfortable stay. This place is on our list of places to hopefully return to!

Our time at the cabin was next to magical, Peace, quiet and fireflies - what more could one ask for? Shelby was a super responsive host and left plenty of recommendations for our time in the area. Location was unable to be beat -from cabin to the trailhead at Grayson Highlands was under 45 minutes. We, our dog included, cannot wait to return!

Great host! Jared was responsive prior, during and after our stay. Everything was so cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed or expected. The fireplace was an added bonus and the view on the balcony was a great place to sit and have coffee in the morning. We felt secluded and peaceful and would love to stay there again!

Jerre and Madeline were extremely kind. The space was clean, and they had a folder of places to visit in the area and a lot of other helpful information. They helped us check in and showed us around a bit. We would visit again and highly recommend for others!

This was our first time staying at an AirBnB and will not be our last. We were impressed! Paula’s SheShed was amazing! The view alone was worth it, you feel as if you are on top of the world. The SheShed is rustic looking but that is all that is rustic. It has everything you could ever want and Paula made sure you knew where everything was. She even went as far as leaving us a bottle of wine, glasses and a card from a local winery since she knew we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The place is clean, very well appointed. There is even wood for the fire pit and gas for the grill. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows which is something I’m picky about to my Husbands frustration, lol! If you are going to just relax, explore the area or just vegetate for a few days this is the perfect place. It is quiet and relaxing. Sparta and Mt Airy aren’t far if you need more.

This was an incredibly peaceful long weekend getaway in the mountains. This is the kind of place where we hope to come back to some day. Whether you're sitting in the living room, on a kitchen stool, or anywhere on the deck, this place is an escape into the NC mountain ranges. Lizzie is a great host, and we had zero issues from beginning to end. It is evident that a great deal of thought was put into even the smallest touch of things here. We def hope to visit again some day!

We loved this little cottage! Cozy, quiet and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious and well-equipped kitchen. We found a little market only minutes away, with field-fresh fruits and veggies, artisan cheese, dairy, sausage, jams and and other local delicacies. Our last day we just stayed in to enjoy cooking and hanging out on the back porch, listening to the creek and the birds. Bliss!

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The house location is perfectly in between Boone and Blowing Rock. Easy access to either town. The house itself is wonderful. Everything you need is there and the extra spa amenities are so nice. The beds were really comfortable. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little getaway. Extremely kid friendly. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Any questions we had were answered quickly. 10/10, will definitely book again in the future.

This is an incredible little getaway place. It is certainly a hidden gem. I feel the photos do not do it justice. You have to experience it yourself. Everything was extremely convenient. Plenty of parking with a circular driveway. Plenty of room for a boat trailer. The dock is absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough about the host. They truly went above and beyond for everything. We had a fantastic day would highly recommend and would love to come back someday soon. Do not hesitate to book this one.

The cabin was just as described and immaculate. We loved playing corn hole and just rocking on the front porch, looking at Pilot Mountain. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Andrea was very responsive and friendly. Book your stay in this cabin!
