Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor in beautiful, older villa. The apartment includes two rooms, living room with exit to small balcony, as well as private kitchen and bath. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bedding on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen includes stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle - and of course various utensils and services. Access to washing machine/tumble drier in the basement of the house can be arranged. Entrance through the house entrances, but in addition it is a separate apartment.

You can always find shelter just around the house where the sun is from the time it rises until the evening falls. You can go down for a swim in just a few minutes.

The apartment is 65 m2 with 2 double rooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room with door to lovely large secluded, south facing terrace in the middle of Skibstedgaard's old deep garden. The apartment is of older date but with a wonderful atmosphere. Lovely panoramic view of the fjord. Nb! Not suitable for small children or people with walking disabilities. The outside stairs are of the boulders. The stairs to the first floor are steep.
