It was built as a maker's studio, so it's great for small retreats for sewers, knitters, and scrapbookers, as well. It is not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs.

It is a lived in home at the times Airbnb guests are not visiting. The neighborhood pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the Airbnb, similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please respect my home and neighborhood. No loud partying or loud music.

RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN YS, this historic home built in 1866 houses two airbnb units. The Village Vista accommodates five guests & is a light filled 800 sq foot second floor unit with two bdrms, each with a queen bed & ac window unit. The second bdrm has a twin bed as well. Full kitchen, dining & living rm. Smart t.v. with Netflix & WiFi. The covered patio with table & chairs is one of the best features allowing a view. The Yellow Springs Tiny House is a super insulated 400 square foot energy efficient home, partially powered by solar panels. You have all the amenities of a home including laundry, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cathedral ceilings, high speed internet with smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Disney+).
