The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. Inside, admire the original wood burning fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy! A retreat and natural oasis to relax and unplug in a serene location, yet close to local destinations!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town
Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ivory House by the Meadows
Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
