A truly great place with an outstanding view! Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a special atmosphere.

I had a nice stay for one night, but it'd be great to stay for longer if you worked remote or had things to do in the area. The place looks like the photos, is quite big, and has everything you'd need. The hosts were very responsive and positive to deal with.

The place was exactly as described, we felt like home and our dog loved the yard. If you want a relaxing and peaceful area this is the place for you. Savvas is an amazing host, he really invested a lot in the house and the garden, everything looked amazing and well kept. A few tips for the future guests: - you will need a car to move around - the beach is 10-15 minutes away by foot depeding how fast you walk - there are 2 restaurants close to the house which you can reach by foot (i totally recommend to eat at Captain) - there are also a few beach bars close to the house if you don’t want to explore more by car - there is no supermarket which you can reach by foot - if you go with your dog and walk around the area, be careful because there are some big stray dogs and i don’t know how friendly they are with other strange dogs :)

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

Konstantinos welcomed us very warmly and took very good care of us. He gave us a lot of recommendations such as bakers, restaurants, shopping and much more. He always responded to our needs and took care of our wishes. There were four of us, two children (1 and 4) and two adults. I can highly recommend the accommodation with children. Very quiet, there is a beach about 5 minutes away (on foot), 7 minutes away was the bakery and as already written, very good central location for both peninsulas. There were a lot of toys for the children. The kitchen was well furnished. A very clear recommendation for the accommodation. Again, a big thank you :)

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

Our stay was very nice. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast, which was included in the price. The service was great. The apartment was very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was great too.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

First of all, the view was fantastic, and we had quick access to what I think was the nicest part of the beach in the city. The appartement had everything we could need and the living room was spacious and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were tiny but cozy and comfortable. We used the aircon in the living room to cool the whole appartement at night. Dimitris was a lovely host and greeted us kindly even though we couldn't give him a time of arrival in advance. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful condo! Best view for sunset! Good area near beach and easy to drive to other areas from. We loved it and would stay again. Very attentive host. Had a cleaning midway on 6 day stay that was nice. ❤️

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful Latoura Beach. Communication was great, the apartment is very clean, has a great balcony and has many useful things you need for a beach vacation (such as umbrella, beach towels, beach ball set etc.) The bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Absolutely recommended!

perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

The place was in a very good location, about 10-15min walk from the best beach in the area (Karydi beach), right next to the grocery store and restaurants. As it was on the main street it wasn’t always super quiet, but at least everything was nearby. All the quieter areas were farther away from the beaches, cafes and shops. And the main street is not too busy, so it was all good. The house and yard offered enough privacy so that whatever was happening on the street didn’t bother us too much. The place was also super clean and roomy enough for 3-5 people. Yard was also well kept. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel like at home. Isavella also gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat nearby.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Beautiful house in a quiet location with well-kept garden and pool that was cleaned every day. It matches photos and description. The house is clean and there was everything you needed. The host is very friendly and provided fruit and water to welcome you. Although he does not speak English and we unfortunately do not speak Greek, the communication worked smoothly and he responded immediately to requests. A car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend a stay.

Very nice place to spend a holiday with children. House right above the beach with a playground and a very big green garden. Spyros is very communicative and helpful host. I hope we will come back here someday :)
