Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ypsilanti Township

This was one of my favorite Airbnb’s! This house was so cute, clean and the beds were comfortable! It is even better in person than pictured. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. It is close to the airport and check in and check out was simple. I will definitely look to see if one of the Wolfe’s properties is available next time I come to the area!

I was in town for a local conference. Jeffrey's place was perfect for me. Very clean, quiet, and a restful, comfortable place to return when my day was done. The place is full of thoughtful little details: snacks, pure water, little extras in the fridge. It made my stay easier and more pleasant. They were also extremely responsive and communicative. Really appreciated this gem!

We were visiting Ypsilanti to attend a wedding. The location of the house was great, easily walkable to Depot Town (where the bus for the wedding picked us up). We brought both of our dogs with us and they loved the backyard and nearby park.

Betty’s lake house was great for our trip. She prepared lots of goodies for us and was quick to respond and extremely flexible and accommodating! My favorite part was coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful view and fishing from her large pier area. The house is very spacious and welcoming. It is on a very busy road so it was a bit loud at times but the peacefulness on the deck seemed to make the noise less distracting. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway! We really enjoyed staying here. The house is comfortable with an updated kitchen and a nice living area. In addition, the neighborhood is peaceful and there is a great coffee shop within walking distance. The house is close to the UM Central Campus and we were able to go back and forth with ease. Finally, Adriana was friendly, helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had.

Jacque's place was great! We chose to stay there as it was in the same neighborhood as our family, but it was exactly what he described it to be. He was prompt, proactive, and easy to get in contact with. He was a wonderful host and we would stay again!

Goldilocks are great hosts- as always! The place was at an EXCELLENT location, mostly quiet, pretty comfortable; but the couch in Unit #5 is not the best for sleeping.

Really enjoyed this place! The bed was by far the most comfy air bnb bed I’ve slept in. Hosts were very responsive and flexible for an early check-in.

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

Such a peaceful respite. Private, comfortable, close to town. Train whistle and daytime traffic on the road may distract some folks, depends what you're used to, I think. Traffic minimal at night, and train is a lovely sound. Stayed here once before, so it did feel "like home." Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for the NASCAR races at Michigan International Speedway. It’s close to the track and provides great options for food & drinks in town that are walkable. Parking was free and abundant as well. I’ll be coming back and staying here for future races. It was great for what I needed.

Keri's place was very lovely! It was the perfect place for us to retreat to after our long days. The place was super clean — the bathroom was spotless, the kitchen was really clean (including the inside of the fridge!), and the bed linens and mattress were fresh and comfy. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We were grateful for the clear directions and expectations along with the recreational and dining suggestions. We also really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful Keri was — she went out of her way to accommodate our special situation and made sure we had everything we needed. The little welcoming touches were noticed and appreciated. We hope to stay there again! Thanks, Keri!

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Jeff was extremely accommodating—allowing me to check in early and making everything easy. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and in an excellent Midtown Detroit location. Highly recommend!

Ian was a great host. He was very responsive, communicated clearly and quickly. He was very understanding and helpful during our stay. The place accommodates two people well. It was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. If given the opportunity, we will book again!

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!

While the building is a grand old house--the exterior has been rebuilt to it's former glory and the foyer is gorgeous--the attic space where the Airbnb is does not reflect the original late 1800s furnishings. The whole of the Airbnb space matches the photos provided, with only the collar ties to hint at the original look of the place. The neighborhood is well worth a walkabout, if weather permits. Aside from aesthetics, the Airbnb itself was akin to a furnished studio apartment. It was very clean, the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon behaved perfectly for the 90+ degree outdoor temperatures of my stay. As advertised, the ceiling is very low and sloped, because it is an attic. Anyone over maybe 5'6" will have to crouch some to get into the bed or sit in the center of the couches.
