The place met our expectations. Just big for a family of four who wants to explore the surroundings of Orvieto. We found everything we needed for our stay, and it was clean and scented everywhere. Adolfo was always responsive to messages and was helpful to us at check-in and asking about the neighborhood. If we need to live nearby again, we'd love to come back.

We had a lovely time at Luciana's apartment with an absolutely magnificent view of Lake Bolsena. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials. With the window/balcony door open, the street was a little louder to hear, but apart from that everything was great!

Beautiful place, comfortable and homely. The area around is easy to reach and explore with 15-30 minutes car trips. Ramona and her daughter were very lovely and welcomed us with a delicious homemade cherry pie.
