A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The guest apartment belongs to the Hollerhof, whose atmosphere I shaped as an artist. You will find peace and relaxation under old trees, on sunny meadows, in shady garden oases, there are hammocks, campfires and a ruin garden with terrace. 5 minutes' walk to the Krumme Lake, surrounded by great scenery. “Less is more” – this is one of the golden rules for good design, from which we were guided by the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several hectares of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable garden and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is Ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry house.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
