"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
